          Tips:

          Preheat the pizza stone for a minimum of 15 minutes

          Turning the pizza: You need to take the pizza out of the oven to turn it every 5 seconds or so or it will burn.

          Never pull out the pizza stone when it is hot. this will cause it to crack with the quick temp changes. Allow it to cool completely before pulling it out to clean.

          Hard to ignite the oven? Try to follow the ignition guides:

          • Ensure pellets is dry. and ignite the hardwood pellets with a igniter or fire starter
          • Keep burning for about 3 minutes or 2/3 of hardwood pellets been ignited. then put the fire box assembly into the back of pizza oven with the handle. and put the door on and cover the hopper lid
          • Can use wind to speed the air circulation to make hardwood pellets sufficient combust when meet the strong smoke after refill the pellet
          • When burning time exceeds 30 mins please use the poker to remove the ash/dust in the ash grid. so that it can achieve better burning with air venting
